“I was not able to gain entry into a room that I paid for after many attempts. There were 2 separate guests that were not provided with a room number other rooms. Several attempts were made to make contact with the property manager with the phone number that was provided but no one responded. I’m requesting a refund”

“I really enjoyed my stay here! The room was honestly bigger than I thought it was going to be and fit my boyfriend and I perfectly for a four night stay. The only downside was that it is a little hard to contact staff because no one is really on sight. We had called and asked for housekeeping and replacement towels, but never got it. Eventually after calling three times we did get towels, but no housekeeping for the room in itself. Other than that, our experience was super great and we enjoyed...
