“Eddy was the absolute best! Got a call upon arrival to let us know we would be staying at the sister hotel because this one is under renovations. Our toilet wasn’t working right when we arrived so he gave us a different room ( upgraded). He was so extremely friendly and it became the highlight of our days to hangout with him in the lobby! Made sure we were happy with our experience at the hotel and even walked us to la placita at night to make sure we made it safely! Would absolutely come back!...
