“The room was very clean and comfortable. We stayed in a basic room but this was perfect for us. Staff is very friendly. We had a very good breakfast the morning after at Katies. We have stayed here before and keep coming back.”

“The resort was on the older side. Typical of what you see and expect. Elevator glass missing. Hallway ceiling lamps torn, in room furniture has holes, cuts in the leather, outlets are worn and electrical devices ( iPad, laptop etc) need to be adjusted to have good contact to charge. Bathroom is very clean and modern! That’s the funny part? Hahaha Staffs were very friendly and accommodating! Here is the bottom line truth. If you are here to enjoy Tahoe… Hike, Ski, Casino etc…. “Check in was easy, even though it was virtual check in with no front desk, communication with the hotel was good with detailed instructions and they replied all my questions very fast. The room was nice with a nice view of the lake. Good location close to restaurants, Safeway and the North Tahoe regional park. Would definitely come again!”
