They moved us and offered some snacks. We said no. We spoke to the manager the next morning. It was a nice conversation. Upon arrival, I found hair in multiple areas of the room, including the bathroom, and the toilet seat was not properly cleaned. The fabric on the chairs was heavily stained and soiled, making the room feel unclean from the moment I walked in. From the outside it looks nice but steeping inside you can instantly tell it run down and in need of maintenance and repairs, my room was dirty and smelled musty. I noticed there were multiple water damage marks on the ceiling and the carpets were disguising.”
