“The room had bedbugs. The manager was rude and lied saying there was no bedbugs after we showed him proof and only refunded us one night. We had to leave at one in the morning to Reno for a nice hotel . for the price that we payed this hotel was disgusting. There’s no breakfast included there’s no pool so they lied about the breakfast just so you know don’t stay here unless you want bite marks.”

“Booking was great, amenities were great, everything went awesome! It was the person I went with that made experience not so cool!! lol thank you Marriot and Experian!, your services were perfect. You have to love a back handed complement. ”

“The staff did not speak English very well or clearly. The "free" breakfast had been discontinued and the pool was closed for refurbishing. The security bolt on the inside of the door was "broken." The room coffee maker was "dirty" or stained so we did not use it. Very disappointed. During the booking process through Expedia, the hotel web page did not say that the free breakfast or that the pool were no longer available to customers.”

“The room next door had a bath tub spa which was up against my rooms bed headboard When the spa tub was turned the noise and vibration was like a jet liner sitting on top of my room. This crazy load noise and vibration went on for and hour, before the folks next door turned it off. Then I was able to get to sleep. Terrible noise problem with spa tub.”
