“Clean room”

“We were arriving very late & the staff was so accommodating. We called prior to alert them..and the gentleman at the desk was willing to stay after hours for us to ensure a hospitable check in. The opening front desk woman was so kind & wanted to ensure our comfort as well. The staff was great, you could tell they liked what they do which is rare these days! The place was clean, quaint & had everything we needed. We highly recommend!”

“Nobody spoke English at front desk either day, they just look at u like you’re a burden. So that was hard to check in. The beds and rooms are garbage microwave don’t even work. Ac system sounds like a lawnmower. tv is the size of my iPhone. Spend the extra 100$ and find something better. ”

“Hotel non nuovo ma pulito e ben vissuto (maggior parte famiglie con bimbi e ragazzi giovani). Comodo al mare e compreso si ha l'accesso in spiaggia gratis. Internet è lento. Ha la piscina piccolina ma c'è. Parcheggio incluso per auto e moto. Non male se si vuole risparmiare e avere le comodità.”

“Up charged everything that you thought was included in your stay (it’s not) and everything has a separate and specific price per day. Wifi was not included and also was another charge. Had to end up shortening my trip by a day because of all the extra fees and taxes in the end that you think are listed in the price when booking and it’s almost another nights stay all said and done. As a single parent trying to make a trip affordable, this was NOT the place to have that experience.”

“Everything was fantastic, completely ignore ALL the negative reviews, Mohamed was the nicest guy and extremely helpful, had 0 issues with parking even left and came back to the same empty parking spot, free 24/7 coffee and flavored water, the rooms were very clean, he is almost always in the office and always helps or answers any questions, the location is the best you cant ask for a better location, we come to seaside multiple times a year and we use to use a different hotel but not anymore we...
