“Please read carefully, one portion of the property is a hostel and the other portion is a hotel. I accidently booked a hostel room, thankfully I was able to upgrade to a regular room. This is in east Austin, there is a lot of night life in this area, so do keep that in mind as well. “We stayed four nights and our room was never cleaned until the day before we were told that they had a lot of checkouts so they couldn’t get to our room to clean it. They only threw the trash two days and I complain to the housekeepers each one each day I complained to the front desk each day I asked for the number for corporate. Nobody had it. “The staff was great!! The breakfast was delicious every morning with great hours from 6a-10a. The pool was clean! The room was clean and the air conditioning worked great! The Kyle Hampton Inn is in a great location as well. I will stay here every time I come out to visit the family near by! Thank you Hampton Inn!”
