“As a business owners, I dont leave bad reviews because usually a company at least tries. I have waited over 2 weeks to leave this review, however, to see if Evolve would refund me. They havent. The safety and cleanliness issues need no explanation if you look at the photos. This place was gross, smelly, and unsafe. “This stay really exceeded my expectations. It was a lot better than I expected: very clean and well stocked. The lake was really fun for my kids with a beach and floating island. Really friendly neighbors were always eager to chat or offer a golf cart ride. Very good communication from owner. The ladder up to the bed on the loft was pretty steep. My kids and I loved it, but it might be treacherous for anyone with mobility issues. ”
