“Wonderful building, wonderful staff. This was my third stay and I will be back.”

“Nice little studio. This was in a fun location in Del-ray with little shops and restaurants near by. Best for me was that the A11 bus goes right from this place to the conference hotels and metro stop in Crystal City. No need to Uber.”

“Ottima sistemazione a 5 minuti dalla metro e 20 min a piedi dal Lincoln memorial. Pulito e spazioso per tutta la famiglia.”

“Sono stato molto soddisfatto. La camera (ovvero mini appartamento) molto spaziosa e con un'ampia cucina attrezzata. Personale gentile e efficiente. Unica cosa un po' rumoroso sia il sistema di riscaldamento (condizionatore) che rumori dalla strada. Però nel complesso sono molto soddisfatto anche considerando il rapporto qualità/prezzo! Quindi la consiglierei se si vuole una buona sistemazione senza spendere tanto!”

“I hope you do not have any issues as the customer support rep spoke to me with such a nasty disgusting attitude it made it the worst experience I’ve had while traveling in a long time. When I asked to speak with the manager he told me the managers don’t accept calls from customers. When I asked for the email of the manager he refused to give me that and said they didn’t allow customer emails either. A property manager who refuses to have any communication with a paying customer? Never heard of...

“Global Luxury provides units that don’t lock securely from the inside, leaving guests non-secure while sleeping, vulnerable to anyone who has a copy of the key to enter during the night. No dead bolt. I realized immediately upon check in and returned the keys to the building lobby attendant, and I called Global asking for a refund because I need to stay elsewhere for a secure stay. Global Luxury’s final response is that they “advertised the room type correctly online” and won’t return my money....

“Fantastica esperienza, stanza pulita e grande. L'hotel è in una posizione tattica per poter visitare la città con anche un supermercato proprio difronte. Il personale è stato gentilissimo oltretutto ci hanno tenuto le valigie fino al check-in senza farci pagare. Consigliatissimo ”
