“My husband recently stayed here. He had a coughing fit due to something with the pillow, and needed to go down to the front desk to ask for a change, he did not get the warmest reception for this request. Also, he said there was a lot of road noise, due partly to the fact that the window did not close all the way. He tried to speak to a manager but was told they were unavailable. Overall though he was happy with the location. Booking through Expedia saved us a ton a money- the rate here was...

“The room was very clean and smelled fresh. The staff was friendly and helpful. The long term parking availability was very convenient and easy to set up. The shuttle service was great.”

“Had to pay $20 a day to park, pool was broken and not fixed during my entire 3days stay, the elevator broke the second day, had to take the stairs from the 6th floor. Staff are horrible. The AC in my room broke from the first night, my room was changed the second night. All this kids from Sheraton hotel at the price they charging was a very unpleasant suprise and a huge disappointment. Don’t ever use this hotel, you will hate yourself for wasting money”
