“I had family in from out of town, I set up the rental for them, the house was clean, comfortable bed per my family, pots/pans basic kitchen needs available, dishwasher, coffee maker, second TV in the bedroom (I’ve found places that don’t have one and it wasn’t listed as such, and that is a big negative for me) I would recommend this place to others and I will utilize again when the need arises. ”

“It was adequate but the property needs some TLC. Broken wooden step, lack of hot water, missing exposed light sockets in bathroom, just two towels, misc clutter on path to cottage, derelict vehicles blocking driveway. . ”

“The RV is quite comfortable. We had all we needed. The hosts even bought us smores when we said we had forgotten to purchase them at the market. How sweet is that? The RV is located on the property next to the owner's home, which made us feel safe in an unknown area. Both the owner's home and RV however? are close enough to Hwy 17, that you can hear the traffic, BUT the hospitality of Mario and Harley far exceeded our expectations that the noise was of little consequence. :)”

“Rented the house with a three-generation family group for a long weekend to attend a wedding in a nearby town. We all loved the house…plenty of historic charm with modern comforts in kitchen and bathrooms, and a gorgeous setting. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch to read, chat or drink coffee with the sound of the rushing creek in the background, and had fun playing horseshoes, pool, and exploring the creek.
