“The inside of the place is designed really nicely with wood framing and rustic features. It's got a serious "hunting lodge" feel with guns on the walls and stuffed animals or skins everywhere. We were so excited to stay here for a wedding in the Catskills. The outside is just meh with a couple of dilapidated patios (no decks), a picnic table and a grill with no real landscaping. “Place was convenient for dropping my daughter off at SUNY Binghamton. Was updated, very well laid out with all amenities, clean, organized, thoughtful. Had kitchen, living room, bedroom, bathroom all of a nice size for two people. Liked the auto soap dispenser. Easy parking. A bit woodsy if you are not into critters but otherwise quite fantastic for price and location.”

“The mobile home was roomy and comfortable, in the woods a minute or two from Rt 17 (easy to find), with the added beneft of free roaming chickens (outdoors, of course!) and helpful hosts. It's an hour from Binghamton, and much more reasonable than hotels in Binghamton during graduation! ”

“We loved out stay! Would absolutely stay again. There is a little (under 5 min) walk to the tiny house itself on some rough terrain but it’s worth it for the seclusion. The place itself was so charming and cute. So fun seeing the animals and trails are walking distance away. The nearest towns are 30+ minutes away and there are no big box stores, just small shops and restaurants, so pack accordingly.
