“We liked the location and the milk and cookies that they put out for the guests at 7 PM. We thought the breakfast was very good and had a lot of choices for what to eat. The coffee was excellent. Best of all was the great staff and how they made you feel very welcome. We will definitely be back!”

“The tv’s did not work. Having talked with other people staying there, they had been out several days prior to our arrival. Also, the pool wasn’t open. It appeared the employees did not receive support from ownership. Hard to perform your work when you don’t have the tools.”

“The check in was smooth and our room was beautiful and spacious. The bed was very comfortable but the pillows were too heavy for me and not fluffy. Wish the body wash was one per person as 1 tube was enough for only myself and we requested additional tubes. Otherwise, the casino is clean, gaming was fun and it wasn’t as smoke filled as we were exoecting it to be, Staff are very attentive and helpful too! A plus stay for us!!”

“Housekeeping cleaned room daily. The pool looked inviting, but I did not use. The ice machine never swemd to run out. The front staff was helpful and friendly.”

“The staff is the friendliest and most helpful for anything and everything you need. The breakfast is fantastic and well maintained by staff for the whole breakfast period. Every one of them appears to love their job and they like each other too. You can tell at a business when this isn't the case. They all get along! And the pool, and hot tub are great additions. Would stay there anytime I went to Wenatchee without a doubt.”
