“There were problems. No tv, the fireplace did not work and they were not able to fix it. Took it apart but left it that way. Lock on door to balcony was hard to open because the screws were loose. The toilet had problems due to their design to save water but when it was fixed they caused and left a mess. Dirty grout in the shower. Towels like sand paper. Missing light in bathroom. It was not the best experience. The site and the view and staff was wonderful. But more attention to...
