“The hotel overall was very good. It is very new and rooms were super clean. Staff were very cordial, responsive and helpful. For example, I needed a pressing iron and they provided it for me. The improvement areas are the breakfast. some items were very salty. They should improve protein variety for the breakfast”

“Love the little porch area outside the sliding glass doors and the beauitful courtyard.”

“Good value motel. Hot tub, pool and sauna were nice addition. Room walls a bit thin but nothing out of the ordinary for a first floor room. Bed was comfy and water pressure was great and hot!”

“Loved the room, but hate how they will nickel and dime you. Early check in costs extra even though the room is ready and the place is empty. Also breakfast ends at 9am which we thought was pretty early. Got to breakfast at 9:05 and everything was closed. Go to Hampton next door, better value and service.”

“It’s really dated. I visited years ago. Still same decor. Same layouts. Soap Lake would be the draw for fees charged. It is not that dog friendly. Couldn’t go eat without leaving my dog in my air conditioned car. The hot tubs and saunas weren’t working. So, that was another disappointment. I think the park is pretty and shaded. We made it fun anyway.”
