Hotel vicino a Centro Commerciale Mega Astana - Astana

“I’ve stayed at hundreds of luxury hotels around the world and I think this hotel, the Ritz Carlton in Astana, might top them all. The staff were incredible, they even baked us a custom cake with our faces 3-D printed on it. They went above and beyond every chance they got. Free gifts, welcome gifts, early check-in, late checkout, I could go on and on. The food is also incredible, the breakfast is amazing and I love how it’s connected to an ultra-luxury mall with all the best luxury brands. Two...

“Great Service! Staff is very helpful and polite. Large rooms and convenient floor plan. Close to everything. Property has spa, pool and restaurant with great food.”

“Good location, good breakfast, just need update some of its facilities!”

“Well positioned, just minutes away from main attractions. Decent breakfast. Wide rooms”

“Clean room. Helpful staff. Great location and near to Nur Astana Masjid.”

“Hotel ben organizzato, con ampi spazi, personale molto gentile”

“It is a good priced hotel and the room was decently sized, but my shower had problems with the water pressure and the heat. Staff are okay, they don’t seem to want to be there though.”

“Staff is friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable, and the hotel is very close to Baiterek!”
