“Nel bagno della camera funzionava solo l'acqua calda ed era difficile fare la doccia a temperatura accettabile. Un rubinetto inoltre perdeva costantemente. Nonostante ripetute richieste nulla veniva sistemato.”

“My room was clean, staff members were friendly, parking was simple. Hotel is located super close to shuttle stop that takes you to the Gaylord Pacific Convention Center. I do recommend renting a car if you plan to visit nearby attractions. It’s easy to hop on the highway and get anywhere you want to go. The 7/11 store next door and nearby fast food joints were convenient. ”

“The location and kind, attentive staff. I was pleasantly surprised how well I was treated over my stay. They had great suggestions and always took the time to smile and say hello. It was a bonus that they offered chairs, towels and umbrellas for the beach... which was only a few steps away. Thank you for making my brief stay memorable.”

“L’albergo dentro carino e la manager del bar davvero deliziosa, anche se siamo arrivati 10 minuti dopo le 9 e avevano tolto il caffè gratuito, avrebbero potuto darcelo (poco flessibili). Non sapevamo fosse gratuito all’inizio. Fuori dall’hotel tanti homeless… purtroppo questo penalizza l’hotel, anche se non ti aggrediscono hanno un cattivo odore e non è piacevole averli nello stesso isolato dell’albergo! ”
