“The man at the desk I believe he was the manager was rude from the beginning, I even asked him if he was upset and his answer was "no." I'm a single mom trying to take my kids to experience different places, but we all were disappointed with the way we were treated. I made a reservation for 5 people, and we didnt receive a blanket for one of us, so I went back downstairs to ask him for one, and he said "we don't have any blankets." Is the entire hotel all book? Can you check in another room?...

“Place was clean and comfortable. Enjoyed the breakfast that had plenty of options.”

“where to start the sheets were thread bare you could actually see.through them.The towels were the same. My card to get into the building and room rarely worked without going back to the desk to get it reset. Breakfast consist of mostly things in a Continental breakfast not a hot breakfast. The hotel is not in a good neighborhood,lots of homeless walking around.”
