“We stayed in a suite for a week, and in the 6 days we were there, 3 days our room did not get cleaned, one day they cleaned but didn't replace towels and we had to ask several days for new towels since they did not clean. It was very frustrating to be gone all day and come back to a room that has not been touched.”

“I don’t even understand how the health department allowed that motel to be on business. This is the filthiest place I have ever seen in this country. I should have taken a picture to send it to you guys. The carpet, I couldn’t even walk on it . I have to wear my shoes. Out side asphalt was cleaner than the carpet in that room.
