“Shower was pretty dirty & need to replace the moldy caulking. Room & hallway reaked of marijuana, as in it stunk! I mentioned it more than once and obviously the staff seemed oblivious & had no real comment or concern to how bad the odor was. I usually don't complain as I stay here a couple times a year for years but the hotel has really gone downhill quickly and doubtful I'll be back.”

“This resort is fabulous. If you are in the Tulsa area and want a great room, maybe like to gamble a bit, this is your stay. Several restaurants to choose from, the pool is like a Caribbean resort, the staff are amazing. The dealers are as well, but sure didnt deal me very good cards! lol Great place!”

“The property itself was great. Loved the vibes. But a noisy guest above me was shouting and stomping and dripping heavy objects and even dragging furniture at midnight and past midnight. I asked management to look into it twice. In the morning, I asked to speak to the manager and explained that I didn’t get any sleep. She didn’t offer anything for the disruption. This is a hospitality business and your job is to make people feel comfortable, understood, and offer a way to make it up to them....
