“Poor communication. No Air conditioning in the room. Maintenance won't answer calls after knowing the air was not blowing. There is no desk person to talk to. Shawn, Kellie, and Samantha would just lie to you to get you go away. Promised refunds every few days only to find out they were just blowing smoke. Avoid this place at all costs. Terrible experience”

“I had booked through Expedia and accidentally booked a day later than intended. I tried to switch when I got there, but they said I had to call Expedia to do so. I called Expedia, they said they would have to call the hotel to do so. They said they couldn’t get a hold of the property and said I would have to book the original night I had intended while I was there and they said they would send an email to try to resolve the payment I had already made.
