“They have done a really nice job bringing this old place back to life. There are a few cosmetic issues with moldy grout and hidden dirty corners. But overall it is clean, well-appointed, mostly quiet and the beds are comfy.The staff are VERY friendly and helpful. The price is exceptional for the convenience and the very handy kitchenette. Should I have need to be in the area again, I would definitely chose ESA again.”

“The staff was very kind! The hotel seems older but the rooms are nice, clean, up to date. We didn’t eat the breakfast but it look we like the average free breakfast (which is fine with us). Definitely would stay again! Cleaning staff was great as well, polite, patient and good at what they do- hope they’re being compensated accordingly”

“The place was nice and there were many place to eat that is walk distance, close to everything even downtown and interstate highways. Location was and is good.”

“The check-in experience was quick and easy, and the staff was very friendly. In the morning housekeeping was very friendly and the gal at the desk was helpful in being able to serve my need at that time. The room is very spacious with the microwave and refrigerator and a large TV, including a coffee maker. It was very quiet there and the bed was awesome. Very comfortable.”

“I broke down on the way to Austin and this was my only option. The hotel was clean and seems like it was recently updated. There are no frills or amenities, but it was very affordable and I wasn’t afraid to take my shoes off or take a shower. ”
