Hotel a Cheek

“Camera molto piccola con letto molto piccolo, abbastanza pulito, abbiamo chiesto di cambiare camera per avere un letto di dimensioni decenti , ma ci ha detto che erano al completo. Pur vedendo che le auto parcheggiate erano 3 compresa la nostra, e di certo non è un posto dove si arriva a piedi. La colazione era fino alle 9 ,scendiamo alle 8,30 ma ci dicono che pensavano che l'avevano ”

“Perfetto per chi vuole fare una sosta viaggiando tra Houston e New Orleans. La struttura è nuova, pulita e collegata direttamente con la super strada. Colazione compresa, che in usa è insolito. Consigliato!”

“Front desk staff was not friendly. Asked where ice machine was located and was told up on second floor with no direction. Right by highway so very noisy location. Bed had hair under pillow and floor in bathroom was not clean.”

“I did not get the reservation as stated which was 2 queen beds. Instead I got a king size with a pull out couch. No linens were provided for the couch and apparently you can only get 1 more towel when asked. Cleaning ladies do not speak English and the hot tub does not work. Pool needs a good cleaning as well. We needed to spend an extra night and went to pay and we had to move our belongings to the room next door before 11am. Walls in the bathroom were dirty,sink leaked underneath,stained blood...

“Staff was accommodating, but the property could use updating. I had to change rooms. The ceiling was falling in the bathroom and the lighting switch plate on the desk lamp was bare wires. Shorted my laptop power supply. ”

“Despite a slightly gloomy appearance, the room was good with a very comfortable bed. I would ask what is the point of having a telephone in the room ? A sign at reception list facilities including "free local calls". Having had a long day thought I phone for a food delivery- the phone was dead. When asking about this at reception was told no calls available. I pointed out the free local calls sign and the lady again said they don't do that. She then said she'd phone her manager - who didn't...

“Room.was very specious. Quiet area. Clean pool The hallway carpet was a little dirty would use some cleaning but over all the service and rooms were great.”

“Check in was quick and easy. Room already had air conditioning on! The area was quiet and everything was clean and functional. The continental breakfast was mostly cereal. I did not see any other breads, eggs, or meat. We left without eating. If you need a place to sleep, this is good.”

“Nothing to add. I needed a place to sleep on a long 3 day drive from east coast to west coast. The room filled that need.”
