“Struttura molto bella immersa nella natura. Servizi e spiaggia punto di forza. ”

“The place was completely unkept. I reserved a room with 2 double beds and of course the AC was broke, so they gave me a room with a King bed and a crappy 5 ft. Fouton. Drunks in the hallway yelling and playing loud music until 2 am. Told the kid at the front desk and turns out they were buddies, he did nothing. If I could give a negative star I would. Stay away from this dump.”

“Property was clean and it is located right at the water. It is about 20-25 minutes away from the airport in an older part of Puerto Rico. There is a bar and restaurant attached. Food was good at the restaurant. Mixed drink ah not so much.”

Il cibo e' discreto, sicuramente superiore alla media di qualsiasi hotel a 5 stelle. Il servizio e' impeccabile...la stanza con piscina privata nell'area west e' perfetta per relax.”

“They were still doing renovations while we were there. So they had no bar or anything to eat at the hotel they didn’t even have a microwave in the room to heat any food up that you would have brought back to the room. And I believe someone stole a very important necklace from my room ”

“Staff very nice and helpful. Pretty pool area. Nice beach area on site. Free drinks and Lobby entertainment. Our first room was really cold (and so was the lobby!) and we couldn't get the thermostat to go higher, and the first room was next to a really loud elevator that was waking us up really early so they got us a different room half way though the stay. Overall a good stay.”
