Castelli a Cima

“Colazione a parte.

“Nice place , great staff. I’ll go back again”

“Staff professionale e gentile, location centralissima servizio garage eccellente”

“Tutto perfetto, grazie allo staff”

“Tutto ottimo in una struttura splendida ”

“We loved the hotel. The room was larger than expected with a small balcony and dark blinds to keep the light out at night. The staff were outstanding. They were all extremely professional, delightful to speak with, and had the right dash of humour. Nothing was too difficult. Breakfast wasn't over the top but fresh and tasty. There is a walk down into Lugano town and a walk back up the hill. I came here because it is close to the train station. I brought my 84 year old mother and she was able to...

“Buona colazione, personale gentile. Ottima palestra e piscina.”

“Safe and pleasant location, and thank you to the team for being flexible with us at dinner. However, we were disappointed by a few things: being charged for small items like a laundry bag, unstable hot/cold shower water, not being able to open windows or use the balcony because of mosquitoes, and the dining terrace being too hot with no fans. There’s potential here, but the little details matter.”

“Tutto magnifico! Consigliatissimo!”

Vergogna ”

“Staff and Owner were very accommodating and kind, yet very respectful of the guests stay. This is one of the best experience of my 3 week solo travel in Switzerland and Italy. Brilliant restoration of a family villa with unique hospitality. From check in to check out it was a highlight of my travels. Suggest getting tickets for ferry from Como to Lezzono early in the morning to avoid long queue. Also, taking bus back to Como, in am, is often full. Best to travel with smaller suitcases for...
