“The staff was excellent. Kim at the front desk was especially helpful. Elvis the bellman was great. All the restaurant staff helped me have delicious vegan meals. Beautiful room and view. Unfortunately some of my family in some rooms had water problems. Showers cut off or trickled or there was no water. But it was fixed.”
