“The staff were excellent and helpful answering all our questions and explaining all the amenities even though the young man had just explained them to a guest before us. We attended for a concert and were going to walk to the venue but he offered information about a shuttle that takes you to the venues and provided the card and directions to the location. It was greatly appreciated!”
