“First, I just want to say I absolutely hope to stay here again and my family and I had a wonderful time! The pool house was amazing and it was so fun to cook dinners out there while watching my children have a good time in the pool or out fishing on the dock. “The villa was great and inside was exactly like the pictures. Everything was clean and ready to go. Had games and plenty of space. Only things I will say is that the starter pack is not enough for more than 3 full days. If you plan on staying longer, buy your own stuff. The other thing is the outside is not as upkept as it is in the pictures. When we stayed backyard was a little outgrown and stuff. But other than that we enjoyed our stay a lot! Super close to beach and restaurants essentials....

“We had a great stay! The house was clean, spacious and perfect for a larger group. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, so everyone had their own space, but also lots of areas where we could all hang out together. We spent a ton of time by the pool and hot tub, and the game room and outdoor movie area were great when everyone wanted to stay in.The hosts were incredibly responsive and the service was great. Anytime we had a question, they got back to us quickly and were genuinely helpful....

“This venue was great for 25 of us ranging from kids to teen-agers to adults of all ages. A few things need attention. The Keurig didn’t work well and the movie theater projector had problems. With more attention to details like this, I’d rate the place higher. The pool was nice and big, as was the outdoor hot tub. We didn’t use the indoor one but it looked spacious. The property is very accommodating for young children and family pets. You can kayak on a river in the back but it is not too long...
