“Very nice hotel with comfy beds and clean rooms. Perfect for a stay if you are wanting to be close to the airport.
My flight was landing late at DFW and I had to call to do an early check-in. The lady who processed it was friendly and was able to get everything set up for me and my family to be able to get into our rooms as soon as we arrived to the hotel. I greatly appreciated the help, as we had been traveling for hours and were ready to get some rest.”

“The staff was super nice! The hotel and room were very clean. Breakfast was nice with different options for a hot or cold breakfast. The indoor pool and hot tub were nice to have during a rainy stay. The jets in the hot tub though are not very strong. But the warm water felt nice. Will definitely come back!”

I am writing regarding our recent week-long stay at your La Quinta hotel. Unfortunately, during our visit, the elevator was not working, which caused a significant inconvenience for us as guests in our late 60s.
Having to use the stairs repeatedly throughout an entire week was difficult, uncomfortable, and physically stressful, especially considering our age. We chose your hotel expecting a safe, convenient, and comfortable stay, and the broken elevator greatly affected...

“Coffee maker in the room wa broken. Coffee shop on Lobby was closed. Other than that, hotel was very nice, and the venue they provided for the VCF was excellent. It was difficult to navigate their parking system app that promised fre parking for guests, but never asked if you were a guest or just a visitor. Will have to wait until next credit card statement arrives toser. Staff at front desk had no clue regarding the third party app or determining if fees were actually waved or not.”

“It's a very busy hotel because it's near the airport but the staff was very accommodating and helpful. Air conditioner was kinda noisy but I can't sleep in total silence and it did drown out the airport sound which I was expecting because of other reviews talked about the noise but I didn't hear any planes in my room and it was on the airport side of the building.”
