“We stayed here for a baseball tournament weekend, and I would warn other tournament families before booking. The main issue was the front desk employee, Cindy. She was rude, accusatory, and claimed our kids were running the breezeway, slamming doors, and knocking on rooms she “saw on camera.” The problem was one of the families she blamed was not even at the hotel at the time.
