“Nice Place”

“Miguel and breakfast were great! Room was clean , comfy and quiet. The shuttle was quck and driver helped us with our bags. Night desk guy....all business no warmth or small talk.”

“There are a lot of added expenses such as you had to pay for breakfast it wasn’t included and parking 15.00 per night. There was no coffee made in the lobby as advertised there would be. Went to guests laundry area sign said laundry detergent/supplies were available at the front desk. When I asked he said they were out of all stock. Otherwise was room was clean and nice.”

“I have always enjoyed staying at Hampton and have consistently received great service, which is why this experience was so disappointing. We left our room early in the morning expecting it to be cleaned by the time we returned, but it had not been serviced. “Personale gentile. Stanza ampia e pulita ma vicino alla finestra c’era un pezzo di carta da parati che veniva via. L’ascensore la mattina era molto sporco, c’era un mozzicone di sigaretta per terra e il pavimento era appiccicaticcio. La zona colazione alle 8.30, quindi mezz’ora prima della fine del servizio era molto caotica e disorganizzata. Quando siamo scesi non c’era nulla e il ragazzo stava rifornendo tutto nello stesso momento. Avrebbe potuto farlo man mano di modo che non si creasse...

“Clean”

“2 nd floor smelled like sewage. When making reservations for a shuttle for 440 the agent told me it was full so I had to take the 340am shuttle. I left and came back to someone new checking in and witnessed the same agent tell a couple the shuttle was available for 440. I didn’t say anything because she looked right at me when I said I was going to report it.an older white email with white hair.probably would not come back because of that. It felt racial.”

“They charged me security deposit and it somehow disappeared from my transaction history and never showed up back. My bank cannot find the transaction. On my second stay they charged my card twice for security deposit. Based on reviews this has been an ongoing issue with this location. I’ve been to several locations and a hour after checkout I always get my deposit back, but for some reason this location holds onto your money.”

“staff friendly but 50% of the time did not clean the room after saying they would. breakfast options limited, could be improved gym was a disaster, nothing worked staff was smoking cigarettes out front too often and together”

“It was a very easy check in. Note on counter to call someone’s cell# and they arrived within minutes. Vast check in. Room was just updated and clean. Small but all I needed to rest one night. Breakfast was simple with packaged pastries and muffins, juice and coffee. I chose a deli down the road instead. I thought the price per night should have been but I’d stay again in a pinch.”

“The room stunk of smoke. Bed was comfortable, thankfully we only slept there and left for the airport super early. Shuttle driver was super friendly.”

“We got there and there was an issue with us checking in. We paid for the room in advance and had to pay the deposit when we got there. We got into the room and there was a dirty wet towel on the bathroom sink and the tub looked gross. At 8 am we were abruptly woken up by housekeeping banging on the door as if it was the cops with a search warrant. Which that happened because of the check in issue. Go downstairs to find out breakfast was not being held but no one informed us at check in the night...

“There was not staff at the front desk. We could not get into the room because the room card did not work. No staff was to be found. No one answered the phone. We knocked on the office door. No body answered.”
