“Stayed here for an overnight trip. The clean room and friendly staff made it relaxing. The breakfast and 24hr coffee machine made it perfect for our needs.”

“I had to talk twice to staff re rocking toilet. The bathroom was not cleaned . I didn't want to mention it till now as I feel for cleaning staff trying to live on and cope with inflation filled world .”

“Finding the front of the property and the parking garage was difficult at night. The front of the property does not face the street that the street address is on and there is not a large or lit sign directing you to turn into a driveway to get to it. When we were able to contact the help number the person was helpful by sending us a video how to get into the garage so we figured out where to go after that. ”

“Blinds broke when I closed curtains. Curtains do not provide privacy from parking lot. Bedside lamp switch did not work. Toilet dripped constantly. Heater/AC sounds like 747 revving up. Bed comfortable enough. Free hot drinks and cookies. Adequate for single night stay, but overpriced for what you get. More like Hotel 8 in style. Outdated facility on its last legs. Staff friendly enough, but no one was around at checkout.”

“Just ask more questions about reservation different ppl said different details about our reservation, elevator was Brocken would wait 15min at a time to get up or down.”
