“The room, property and staff were great! Even the bed was comfortable. However, the complementary breakfast was terrible. Eggs were straight water and cold, sausage was cold and French toast sticks were not even worth looking at. Very few plates, cups or silverware. I understand why it’s free/included in the room price. ”

“My stay was great. The only thing that I will have to say is that the tub was clogged because when I was taking a shower, the tub was filling up and not draining fast and the toilet handle broke but other than that, I had a good stay. The hotel was close to a lot of shopping areas and restaurants. I will definitely stay again.”

“It was a nice clean hotel. Unfortunately they were struggling to get keys to work in some doors. 6 tries to get us into a room which included 4 trips up and down from the second floor. Then sent me to a room that had other guests…luckily the key didn’t work again. Finally had to try 2 rooms on the first floor, which ok…it’s now been a half hour and we’re finally in a room. Then at 2:30 AM they send other guests to check into our room because they failed to update their system to reflect the room...

“The room was not up to par. There was rust & burn stains on the tables in the room as well as stains on the bedding. The bathtub/shower needed to be remodled. Staff was not that friendly either. They had a person in the lobby that that was soliciting people to be shuttled to places to & from the hotel. This person called it a shuttle but it in fact was a mini van with a handicap place card that the guy was stuffing too many people into. The driver was rude & had no idea what he was doing & was...

“Thermostat reset to heat every day so even when it was 85 degrees outside the heat was blasting in my room. In response to my complaint, front desk said during the day it is on a motion sensor so if you leave your room at 9 am with AC set to 70 degrees, the heat will kick in after a few hours of no motion, front desk said people complain all the time and "if you think it's bad now just wait til it's 100 degrees out and the heat is still on". “Everything was clean, toilet was hard to flush because it was tied to the lever to help it work. Desk clerk did his job but was not friendly when I checked in. The clerk at the desk the next morning was friendly and helpful. ”
