“Do not stay multiple nights, they do not do any housekeeping even after asking. Ran out of towels first night and always had to ask the front desk every day. Told us to dump the dirty towels in the hall. Full trash cans, had to ask the front desk for new bags and take care of our full trash bags. Shower had mold and there is no bath fan. Probably wouldn’t be a big deal if you only stayed one night. Breakfast was decent but they ran out of a lot of stuff early.”

“The cleaning of rooms was not done. We stayed five days and they did not clean once. We needed to call down to get fresh towels. We even saw the lady one room over when leaving and we returned a little over one hour later to our room not being touched.”

“We stayed at The Soundry for one night. The property itself was nice, but there were a few frustrating issues. The biggest problem was check-in. We never received the email with our room number or the security code. After standing outside in the heat with all of our luggage, we had to call for assistance. The person on the phone kept insisting the email had been sent, but we never received it. Eventually, they texted us the information so we could get inside. While we were waiting, another...

“Baggage carts should be near the front so when people check in they're there. In the rooms make sure that ALL the outlets work and some are extremely loose. The bathroom was ok but not 100% clean and shower curtain wouldn't stay shut. Also whenever you say spa you should specify.”
