“Over paid for disappointing service that had the large price for an upscale hotel Checking in was sub part to any typical hotel, did not explain amenities, more like here is your key and you go to the elevator over there. After an event, we went to the lounge to eat and the server was insistent that we sit at the bar. We nicely said that we were quite comfortable sitting at the table. Breakfast was average with luke warm (supposed to be hot food) and the selections were bland. Expectation...

“We liked everything about the Hotel except the elevator was not working Being my wife uses a cane and has significant mobility issues this created a real problem for us They tried their best by upgrading our room and not charging for parking but I rather have had them notify me ahead of time We loved the room and the amenities all very modern and no detail left undone The staff were excellent and the location is outstanding with a variety of good restaurants and fun things to do”
