“They do not have microwaves in every single room. They have one microwave per floor and the cleaning stuff will tell you to call the front desk to request for a microwave. We called the front desk and they explicitly told us customers have the right to request for microwaves and they have the right to deny it. We went back-and-forth with management and they refused to give us a microwave. My wife is currently nursing and having an in room microwave would be very useful for us however management...
