“Personnel very kind, but little prepared. Room scheduling very poor. Not to mention room conditions: old, dusty, and extremely noisy, although being located near the top of the building. Overall, I am dissatisfied with the hotel service.”

“Staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions. It was also nice having two forms of dining options (shame I chose the week where it was raining so I could only experience one of them). My only nitpick is that the bed was stiff for my liking, but I otherwise loved it. Would definitely recommend to a friend.”

“Me and my went to have some alone time at the bar and pool which neither was available per the manager they have informed you guys of the amenities not being available for what i oaid i could have went somewhere where i get it all. Parking only had valet there wasnt any other option due to them closing in two weeks smh ”
