“While relaxing with drinks in the first floor/lobby chairs we were bothered by numerous flies. Presumably they come in the revolving doors. Very annoying. ”

“Personnel very kind, but little prepared. Room scheduling very poor. Not to mention room conditions: old, dusty, and extremely noisy, although being located near the top of the building. Overall, I am dissatisfied with the hotel service.”

“Me and my went to have some alone time at the bar and pool which neither was available per the manager they have informed you guys of the amenities not being available for what i oaid i could have went somewhere where i get it all. Parking only had valet there wasnt any other option due to them closing in two weeks smh ”

“From start to finish, this was a luxury event and we felt like five star guests. The staff was wonderfully attentive. And took care of all our needs. I would highly recommend this place as a luxury weekend getaway.”
