“We were provided a free upgrade to a condo that was exceptional. Our family loves this resort and has frequented often as you don't need to leave the property and we can cook most of our meals in when needed. We love the beach access, pools, hot tubs and shuffle board. The staff always friendly and helpful. We did not eat at restaurant (daughter has food allergies) but I don't doubt it is also excellent. ”

“I booked this hotel for my nephew and his wife to come for a Christmas visit. They loved the hotel. The breakfast was really nice and the hotel is being renovated so their room was completely renovated and nice. Free parking was a big help and one of the reasons I chose this hotel. ”

“Struttura relativamente comoda alla zona fieristica, raggiungibile a piedi. Ottimo servizio vallet parking, così come la lavanderia self service a disposizione degli ospiti. Apprezzabile disponibilità bottigliette acqua da riempire nei corridoi, così come la palestra ben fornita. Hall di dimensioni generose e dall'aspetto sofisticato, ottima per lavorare o accogliere ospiti. Self checkin/out disponibile con eventuale assistenza. Non ho apprezzato il servizio di pulizia di default ogni tre...

“Everything was perfect. However we did not know they didn’t have a restaurant. The closest one was quite a walk away - exhausting for our elderly friend.”

“Il limite della struttura e' che si trova in una area aereoportuale dove non c' niente da fare. L albergo e' molto semplice ma le camere sono molto belle e comode. Ottima accoglienza. Colazione buona. Da consigliare assolutamente.”

“Great friendly staff who went above and beyond to accommodate me. I arrived at the property at 1:00 pm and even though my check-in time was at 3:00, they offered to check me in 2 hours early without any hesitation. They knew I was running the Houston marathon on my return date and assured me that they will accommodate an hour for a late checkout. Very professional staff and attentive to guest’s needs. Highly recommend The Whitehall Houston!! ”
