Hotel a Costa del Golfo del Texas

“The staff didnt keep up with the demand of coffee, eggs, sausage when we went to eat. We waited about 10 minutes for the staff to replenish. We were able to eat before boarding the shuttle van. Upon entering our room it seemed very musty or moldy. We didnt say anything figuring they wouldnt do anything. ”

“This property needs serious updating from the rooms to dining experience . The major benefit to this hotel is the location . We were very disappointed in the dining and lack of quality options for a hotel this size . You could tell there was a staffing shortage with the long wait to get our bill . The food option was minimal and the quality of what was ordered was to be desired . The rooms although spacious was outdated. Our rooms had mold on the shower curtains, cracks in the bathroom walls...

“It’s very close to the airport of course there is not to much near the hotel so you need to take a car for anything ”

“The staff were very welcoming, the lobby was very clean and updated it didn’t prepare you for the room. I was not expecting for it to be so warped (the headboards) and the sheets had stains on them so I shared the bed with my daughter despite having booked a double. Overall the hotel was just mediocre.”

“Only a one night stay and Everything was excellent until the next morning at 8:00am. The boardwalk was having some major construction near the hotel and started a pile driver at 8:00am. I know that wasn't the fault of the hotel bu it was a sure surprise and no so greT as an early alarm. other than that, it was all excellent.”

“Rooms were well maintained. My recommendation in the design is to consider lower vanities so allow kids to brush teeth and wash hands on their own. It’s a kids establishment so rooms should design with that in mind. Dublin doughnuts on property was a good option for breakfast, half the price of in house restaurant. Why is coffee and hot chocolate so expensive though! I liked this smaller resort as o felt safe with my kids. The magi quest was a hit so was the ropes. If your kids would enjoy...
