“I didn't like that when I went to go check in, I was told my room was canceled. On the booking site, it said , PAY AT PROPERTY at check in.... When I went to check in and pay, I was told that my credit card couldn't be processed.. Why are they trying to run my credit card if I hadn't even checked in? “It’s very close to the airport of course there is not to much near the hotel so you need to take a car for anything ”

Our room had a balcony but the floor inside the room was soaked all around the door. The water was not reliable in the bathroom to wash our hands. They were actively doing work around the hotel.
