“When we arrived at the property at 1030pm I walked by a lady outside talking loudly to someone on the phone. I didn’t think anything of it and thought she was just arguing with someone . I go to the front desk,,no one‘s there I start calling to the open door behind the front desk for someone and no response. Anyhow, another five minutes passes by and the lady that was outside. “Room not enough towels for three guest, requested for some did not receive them. Had to pick up a desk. Trash was not taken out. Ice bucket full of water from previous guest usage. ”
