“We were provided a free upgrade to a condo that was exceptional. Our family loves this resort and has frequented often as you don't need to leave the property and we can cook most of our meals in when needed. We love the beach access, pools, hot tubs and shuffle board. The staff always friendly and helpful. We did not eat at restaurant (daughter has food allergies) but I don't doubt it is also excellent. ”

“Great friendly staff who went above and beyond to accommodate me. I arrived at the property at 1:00 pm and even though my check-in time was at 3:00, they offered to check me in 2 hours early without any hesitation.
They knew I was running the Houston marathon on my return date and assured me that they will accommodate an hour for a late checkout.
Very professional staff and attentive to guest’s needs.
Highly recommend The Whitehall Houston!! ”
