“First of all I booked the room for my brother and he said when he got there they where not going to give him the room. I wrote in the special instructions to the desk that I booked it for him . Then he called and said the TV didn't work. . Terrible. He didn't have a good stay. Next week me and my brother was going to book another room but he said no.”
