“The staff was rude and unhelpful, the room service did not touch my bed in 5 days, towels replacement was not every day, trash was ignored, Shower head was broken, window shade was stained. I have photos off all of this and the dirty hallway complete with used Q-Tip. Gross place and rude staff.”
