“The hotel is Literally on the beach, great location. The hotel needs a lot of serious maintenance and upkeep. Badly Stained carpets everywhere, it made the hotel look cheap and dirty. Our bath tub had a huge crack between it and the wall. The a/c was not working properly and we sweated the whole time we were there. Our son’s room was worse, our complaints were answered with excuses. No results. Our next door neighbors in room 308 told us thier a/c was completely off and slept with the door open...

“The room was amazing , didn’t get a chance to try out the bar and didn’t make it for breakfast but it smelled delicious on the way out . We will definitely coming back to stay here while in Katy !”
