“Staff was nice rooms were clean, cold ac just make sure there’s no elevators to second floor if you have a lot of bags going up stairs”

“We were in Galveston and had a breakdown and had to spend a lot of money to get home and then try to get back to get my truck which was not ready so I cancel my flight and tried to cancel this room at the palace. They would not return Expedia’s phone call or email. They said Expedia had to cancel. Expedia said they had to cancel and I had to eat $70. No communication whatsoever. Poor way to do business.”

“Siamo stati sfortunati in quanto nella stanza accanto c'era una coppia che continuava a parlare fino alle 3 di notte (insonorizzazione inesistente). Abbiamo chiamato 2 volte la reception chiedendoli di avvisare gli ospiti di stare in silenzio.Alla fune abbiamo dormito poco e niente. Per quanto riguarda la colazione , non posso dire niente perché NON L'HANNO SERVITA! Neanche il caffè! Hanno semplicemente deciso di non farla quel giorno (nonostante fosse inclusa).”
