Resort a Costa del Golfo del Texas

“This property needs serious updating from the rooms to dining experience . The major benefit to this hotel is the location . We were very disappointed in the dining and lack of quality options for a hotel this size . You could tell there was a staffing shortage with the long wait to get our bill . The food option was minimal and the quality of what was ordered was to be desired . The rooms although spacious was outdated. Our rooms had mold on the shower curtains, cracks in the bathroom walls...

“Beautiful view of the ocean. Huge floor-to-ceiling windows. Staff was very helpful and kind. Room was beautifully designed, however there were a few problems. The bathroom sink was clogged and drained very slowly. The bathtub wasn’t clean. We were only there for one night, so didn’t use the pool. We could see it from our window and the kids and parents were having a great time.”

“The VIP room was smaller than expected. There’s really no perks and no reason to charge more. ”

“I paid over 600 thinking we were staying on the side that was on the water based on pictures and description and that was not the case we were across the road. I was told at check in there was nothing they could do and they can control the what a third part post ”
