“The employees at the counter for check in were not very friendly, helpful or personable. Housekeeping entered our room even after telling them we didn't need housekeeping. The bedroom windows were very much in need of cleaning. The glass door on the shower was off the track and didn't slide. There was an additional $90 in NJ resort fees tacked on even though my reservation said all taxes and fees included. Parking in THEIR parking garage was expensive and there were cockroaches in my room.”
