“Horrible experieience at Hilton Garden Inn. in 6 days they cleaned the rooms only three times, even if we asked the full service everyday. The personnel was not very friendly with us when we told them about the problems. Their answer was always: "it is too late now, nobody can clean the room at the moment. we will clean it tomorrow". In addition the air conditioning filters were in very bad condition, and I assume they can be harmful for guests' health!!! The hotel at some point was also out...

Plus we are older adults and they gave us a third floor room and trying to pack 2 40 plus pound suitcases up that many stairs was ridiculous. The staff was nice, parking was ok.
