Hotel a Crescent

“Of course it was Boulder, CO so I had to pay a high price but I expected more value. The property was convieniently located and was basically kept clean. The problem is it is not well maintained for a facility of this stature. For example, the hand rails in the elevators were all loose and revealed that they were not properly installed. This sort of problem shows up in several areas of the room as well. The staff was helpful but always seemed to be somewhere else when you went to the front...

“Stayed 2 nights first night had NO hot water, the mini fridge did not work and the air conditioner barely blew out air. Complained to front desk about No hot water and they sent a maintenance man. But I had already tookin a cold bath the night before.”

“The manager wasn’t helpful due to the room service was terrible. We had asked for room service from day one of our stay and no one assist us with clean towels, clean sheets and shower gel because this expensive hotel was out…we asked everyday of your 4 days. The 10 years of staying at this hotel will never stay again due to housekeeping room service.”

Utile la presenza di una piscina e di una palestra veramente ben attrezzata. Personale gentile e disponibile. Siamo stati molto bene. L'unica nota negativa che abbiamo riscontrato è il rumore eccessivo causato dalla doccia del vicino, quando utilizzata. Le camere andrebbero insonorizzate meglio. ”

Some of the elevators were out of service for most of our visit, which meant hauling luggage down several flights of stairs. For anyone with mobility issues, this would have been a dealbreaker — and there was no apology or heads-up from the front desk. Breakfast was another letdown. “L'hotel è facilmente raggiungibile dalla stazione di Downtown Boulder. La stanza ed il bagno sono molto grandi, dotate di tutto ciò che serve per un soggiorno semplice. Il personale dell'hotel è stato estremamente gentile, mi hanno anche fatto il favore enorme di custodire il mio bagaglio per qualche ora dopo il check out! ”
