L'aria condizionate era rumorosissima e non si poteva spegnere per il troppo caldo.
Alla mattina non ti possono offrire niente piu di un caffe a pagamento.
Zona comoda e vicino a vari ristoranti.”

“El hotel necesita de un buen mantenimiento. Las partes comunes no estan muy limpias tampoco.
El piso donde hay la reception es el segundo.
El parqueo esta' a 300 mts no es un problemaso pero cuandos tienes maletas tampoco es muy comodo.
En el momento que te dan la targueta para salir del parque tienes que firmar un papel que en el caso te olvides de devolverla ellos tienen el derecho de cobrarte 50 Dolares... 50. No se tratan asi los clientes.”

“The rooms are super clean and the bed are super comfortable the dining are and the pool are very cool keep in mind that the pool is not a large size pool. Our stay was great and it was within walking distance of a lot of activities. The only downside is the parking lots only holds 5 cars. But that was kind of expected because it’s in a very busy area. The night life is great around the area we loved our stay”

We did get charged extra for the resort fee and parking, although we did not use the pool or restaurants in the hotel. It’s a beautiful hotel full of great amenities and very friendly people. Although it was pricy, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend. Thank you so much. ”

“Property was clean. Didn’t have any issues with check in or check out. Genesis was great making sure my stay was good. Room floors could’ve been cleaned alittle better but that’s about it. And if you have noisy neighbors you will be able to hear everything lol walls are very thin ”

Only two things were, even though we paid for “valet parking” one night we got back late after a concert and we did not find any parking spots open. The security guard lady (who was AMAZING) offered us her spot and she parked somewhere else as she was leaving at 5am (this was around 2am). Also, our TV was disconnected when we came...
