“This hotel is an older hotel that could use updating. Lack of electrical plugs was noticed. Bed was comfy. Bathroom was clean. Breakfast was toast, not even bagels, cereal Yoplait yogurt and apples. I was disappointed. Price was on the higher side for what it was. ”

“Our family of four stayed here in a king room. It was a big room, large enough for us to set up two portable cribs for our kids and we could still walk around easily. The room smelled fresh and clean, we did move the couch and had to clean up some candy that was left on the floor. It appeared like the room was recently renovated because everything was in good condition - except there was no plug for the tub. “The inside of the house has been remodeled and done very nicely. Perfect place for 2 couples looking to spend time at Starved Rock Park. The only negative I can have on this property is, they advertised that there is WIFI and when I asked to get the password, I never heard from the owner again. Otherwise great experience.”

“Based on the pictures you would think this was a simple but very nice home. However, once we checked in, just from the outside you could tell it has not been kept up.
