“Very clean and quiet stay close to attractions”

“Good location at a good price. The only thing I did not like was the clerk's lack of concern for me making an error on my booking. I made a mistake by making a reservation for next week, when I meant to indicate this week instead. I tried contacting Expedia to see if I could cancel this non-refundable mistake for next week, but the clerk couldn"t care less or even offer to help me resolve this mistake. Expedia said that they would have to contact the hotel to see if they would honor my request...

“This is NOT a high end hotel, but it is very cozy. The overall appearance of the place was nice. Check in was easy. There are no room keys, but a pin/code. Luckily, the employee had it written down. We were told that it was sent to me, but I did not receive it. The location is very convenient...it's at the entrance to the Blue Ridge Parkway. We stayed in room #3. The room was nicely updated. The shower head definitely needs replaced. The air conditioner is in the bathroom. It cooled...

“The interior was immaculate, plenty of socializing space. Still new, so some future features were still off line - the restaurant, tap wall, courtyard etc. The suite was spacious and well appointed, liked the robes and the record player, needs some more pop and romantic albums. I missed a full facial tissue box and my hotel lament, no clock, I don’t sleep with my phone. I would definitely recommend the property.”

“The room smelled great and was very clean, I booked online and got a great deal for 3 nights, the outside pool unfortunately is not available but all in all a great stay. Will definitely stay again in the future”
