“Beautiful hotel with great staff! The pools were great (close at 9 pm. I wish they stayed open later). The hotel bar was closed for different private events each of the 3 nights we stayed which was disappointing. Overall, it was a great hotel, great location, friendly staff, and great amenities. ”

“Our room was clean and the bed was super comfy. Our issue was the noise from other guests due to thin walls. There was a guest above us that walked his dog on and off all night. So lots of footsteps and banging of doors. Literally kept us up all night. Our advice is to get a room on the 2nd floor. ”

“I booked the room for, as I thought, a quiet place to stay outside of the city of Charleston. Shem Creek happened to be the most sought after place in the area. Thankfully, we always found the last reserved hotel parking spot every evening. Plenty of good restaurants, walking opportunities and quick drive to beaches; 10/10 on location. The hotel itself was fine. The outside patio was clean but the inside and rooms only would get a 5/10 on cleanliness. No housekeeping so took care of towels and...

“Check in staff was not clear with directions. The request for additional towels was not followed. We received multiple large drying towels and no hand towels. The room was clean and the location to the beach excellent.”

“Our room was clean and had all amenities we needed. The A/C in the room was on when we arrived I turned it to a lower temp that we were comfortable with. When I was finished with my shower the room was at the lower temperature. The staff that we came in touch with were amazing. Kind and friendly and always willing to help in any way.”

“Hotel comodo, parcheggio disponibile all'esterno. Vicino ad un ottimo ristorante giapponese e ad una farmacia. Camera ampia con il necessario per il soggiorno, prodotti da bagno cambiati ogni giorno, aria condizionatabin stanza un pó rumorosa (la notte lasciavo solo la ventilazione per ridurre il rumore), wifi gratis (ma noiosa la procedura per il log in), buona la colazione continentale anche se poca scelta di dolci (solo muffin che erano molto buoni). Personale gentile e disponibile. ”
