This is a private space and you/your guest will be the only ones using it. Cozy, kid/pet friendly, adjacent to a beautiful park. Full kitchen, microwave,kuerig, supplied w/ coffee, spices, cocoa & popcorn 1 bedroom with fireplace, full bathroom. Tv, games, puzzles, cards. Two small restaurants, pharmacy, deli, 2 coffee shops, convenience stores, liquor store, pub within walking distance. Close to Whiteface Mountain, Lake Placid, Saranac Lake, Plattsburgh, hiking, sledding,skiing,skating rink & sleigh rides,workspace, Roku & WiFi.

The house was built in 1900 by the Manion family. Mr Manion was a pharmacist and ran his business out of the retail space which is now the liquor store. The rest of the 10,000 square foot home was for the family.
This beautiful old building has served the community well over the years.
Dannemora is an interesting town that was home to many Ore Miners in its early days and now is probably best known as the home of Clinton Correctional Facility and interestingly we sit right across from it. With its interesting wall and guards on the towers there is probably no safer place on the planet. Dannemora is a very small town but also central to anything you would like to enjoy in the Adirondacks. I hope you enjoy your stay at the village house, it’s priced very affordably, very comfortable and centrally located to Plattsburgh, Lake Placid, Saranac Lake and tons of mountains, trails to hike & great fishing etc. If you are looking for a great value that’s cozy, clean and very comfortable this is for you!
